What is AP ECET?

AP ECET is a state-level entrance exam that tests the candidates’ knowledge and skills in engineering, pharmacy, and mathematics. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions that are divided into three sections: Engineering Stream, Pharmacy Stream, and B.Sc Mathematics Stream. The duration of the exam is three hours and 200 maximum marks. The candidates have to score at least 25% of the aggregate marks (i.e., 50 out of 200) to qualify for the Exam. The rank list is prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in their respective streams.

How to Check AP ECET Results 2023?

To find out the result of AP ECET, candidates can easily follow the detailed steps provided below

Step 1: Visit the official website

Go to https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in and click on “AP ECET”. You will be redirected to a new page where you will see the results button click on it.

Step 2: Enter your hall ticket details

Enter your AP ECET hall ticket number, Registration Number and date of birth in the respective fields and click on “View Result”.

Step 3: View and download your rank card

Your result will show your name, hall ticket number, stream, marks obtained, rank, and qualifying status. You can also download your rank card by clicking on the “Download Rank Card” button. The rank card will contain your personal details, marks, rank, and percentile.

Step 4: Take a printout for future reference

You should take a printout of your result and rank card and keep them safely for future reference. You will need them during the counselling and admission process.

AP ECET 2023 Counselling Process

The counselling process for AP ECET involves several stages that candidates must complete to secure admission to their preferred engineering colleges. The key stages of the counselling process are:

How to Apply for AP ECET Counselling 2023?

Step 1: Pay the counselling fee online

The candidates have to pay a non-refundable fee at https://ecet-sche.aptonline.in After paying the fee, the candidates will receive a payment receipt and they need to slot book the helpline center.

Step 2: Verify your documents at the helpline center

The candidates have to report to the nearest helpline center as per the schedule given by APSCHE. The helpline centers are located at various districts and colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The candidates have to carry their original documents along with two sets of photocopies for verification. The documents required are:

  • AP ECET hall ticket
  • AP ECET rank card
  • SSC/10th class certificate
  • Diploma/B.Sc degree certificate
  • Diploma/B.Sc marks memo
  • Transfer certificate
  • Income certificate (if applicable)
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Residence certificate
  • Aadhaar card
  • PH/NCC/CAP/Sports certificate (if applicable)

The candidates will receive a verification slip after the verification process is completed.

Step 3: Fill your choices of colleges and courses online

The candidates have to log in to the official website of APSCHE: https://ecet-sche.aptonline.in using their hall ticket number, rank, and date of birth. They have to fill in their choices of colleges and courses according to their preference and eligibility. The candidates can choose as many options as they want from the list of available colleges and courses. The candidates can also modify or delete their choices before locking them.

Step 4: Lock your choices and wait for seat allotment

The candidates have to lock their choices before the deadline given by APSCHE. Once the choices are locked, they cannot be changed or modified. The payment receipt will be generated after the payment is done.
